These Terms govern your use of royak.eu and your registration for the courses and info sessions offered by Royak R&D EOOD ("Royak", "we", "us"). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
About our courses
Royak provides hands-on education in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including the design, building and flying of drones under instructor supervision. Course content, schedules and cohort dates are described on the site and may be adjusted where reasonably necessary; we will notify enrolled participants of material changes.
Eligibility and registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. Where a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrolment and accept these Terms on the student's behalf. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
Pricing and payment
Course prices are shown on the site in euros and include VAT where applicable. You can pay in a single payment or in instalments as offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your enrolment is confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) is received. Any promotional discount (such as a founding-cohort discount) applies only on the terms stated at the time of the offer.
Cancellations and refunds

Info sessions and webinars
Our online info sessions are free to attend. The joining link is personal to you; please do not share it. If you cannot attend live, we may make a recording available. Session dates and times may change, and we will let registrants know if they do.
Conduct and safety
Working with drones and equipment carries inherent risks. Participants must follow instructor guidance, applicable safety rules and all applicable aviation and drone regulations at all times. We may suspend or remove any participant whose conduct endangers others or breaches these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos and learning materials — is owned by Royak or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute or resell it without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and course information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
